Chef Holly Heath launched her culinary career training at
The Culinary Institute of America in New York.
At Your Table Personal Chef Services began with Holly’s dream to cook delicious and healthy meals, all while bringing families ‘back to the the table’. Her client list includes some of the most prominent families, as well as national and international celebrities.
Holly uses the highest quality ingredients specializing in organic, sustainable foods from local growers. Customized menus with all natural ingredients, thoughtfully prepared, insure delicious, nutritious dining. Her personal approach guarantees that special dietary needs and food sensitivities are considered with each dish, individually prepared for each client. Taking the time to personalize menus to each client’s needs, while keeping their health in mind, is the main reason her clients return and recommend her to others.
Holly’s goal is to be a resource for those struggling with food allergies, as well as those following special diets. Holly teaches healthy cooking classes at Whole Foods and does frequent television appearances. Through her own struggle with food allergies, Holly has learned how food can make you sick, and how food can make you well. Let her help you get well!
